Athanasios’ distinguished career spans more than four decades, during which he has represented clients in a variety of matters, primarily in the areas of Corporate and M&A, Εmployment and Intellectual Property. He has developed a broad practice acting in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including IP disputes, employment litigation and corporate transactions.
Today, Athanasios heads the Dispute Resolution Department, a role that keeps him busy representing clients in commercial litigation, defamation cases, consumer liability lawsuits and complex IP litigation (trademark, patent and design infringement).
