Our IP team was successful in dismantling a network that was selling via the Internet, counterfeit navigation software, the IP rights of which belong to one of Europe’s leading car manufacturers. The team was successful in shutting down their online presence, having an administrative fine imposed on them by the Financial Police and receiving signed C&D declarations from the parties involved, without initiating any legal procedures.
